Certain services offered by Telluride Whole Health are available through a Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership.
Membership benefits, fees, covered services, cancellation policies, and eligibility are governed by the separate membership agreement provided during enrollment.
Membership does not constitute health insurance. Patients are encouraged to maintain appropriate health insurance coverage for hospitalization, specialist care, emergency services, surgeries, and other services outside the scope of Direct Primary Care.
